Ghina Yamak

Ghina is a Principal Façade Consultant at Zutari Middle East, where she leads a broad portfolio of façade design and engineering projects. Her work is characterized by a commitment to sustainable design principles and innovative solutions, contributing significantly to numerous award-winning projects throughout the Middle East.

In her role, Ghina has overseen the integration of multidisciplinary and façade engineering aspects for several high-end hotels within the Dirriyah Gate Development. These projects are set to achieve LEED Cities and Communities Gold certification, in line with the Mostadam Communities initiative. She successfully balanced the demands of modern compliance with the preservation of the traditional Najdi architectural style, which incorporates rich historical and cultural elements.

Additionally, Ghina played a crucial role in advancing Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, particularly in realizing the Net Zero energy goal for its main headquarters. This achievement underscores her expertise in implementing cutting-edge sustainable practices.
