Louise Rodrigues

Louise Rodrigues MRICS is a seasoned real estate development executive with over two decades of experience shaping luxury leisure & hospitality, commercial mixed-use, and master planning projects globally. Based in London since 2000 and in the Middle East since 2008, she has led high-profile developments for renowned investors and developers.

Beyond her technical expertise in development & project management,  and PMO operations, Louise is a dedicated advocate for the industry. Committed to gender equality and fostering the next generation of leaders, she actively mentors and supports emerging talent.

Louise serves on the RICS World Regional Board for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), committed to promoting the highest standards and best practice.

A lifelong learner, Louise is currently completing an Executive MBA at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Her passion for economics, business strategy, and the Middle East real estate market fuels her work as the Managing Director of AQUILA, her Dubai-based consultancy.
