Roger is spearheading Innovo Group’s Digital Transformation Program, where he is revolutionizing business processes through enhanced automation, robust cybersecurity measures, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and Digital Twin. This transformation is not only building powerful data and analytics capabilities but also driving significant improvements in productivity, sustainability, and safety for over 12,000 employees and contractors. It is also creating substantial new technology revenue streams for Innovo.

Prior to Innovo, Roger led the digital transformation of two major global engineering and construction firms, setting new industry benchmarks in technology, cyber defense, operational productivity, sustainability, and innovation execution.

With over 30 years of distinguished global technology leadership, Roger has made a lasting impact across multiple industries and regions. At GE, he led several Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects that significantly enhanced manufacturing and technology operations within GE Energy and Aviation. During his service in the United States Air Force, Roger deployed and operated Airborne Warning and Control Systems (AWACS) to provide critical situational awareness and manage enemy actions during joint operations. He also played a key role in establishing the first U.S. data center in Doha, Qatar.

Roger is passionate about the ongoing revolution in real estate and the disruption in construction, both of which are reaching unprecedented levels. He actively collaborates with global venture capitalists and startups across the real estate lifecycle to create safer, more productive, and sustainable industry outcomes, as well as smarter buildings and communities that enhance quality of life.
