Severin Tenim

Severin leads Strategy & Growth at ALEC Construction, focusing on driving long-term growth, diversification, and strategic initiatives. Over the past decade, he has played a key role in the successful delivery of major projects, including Dubai Airport, Bvlgari Hotel & Residences, and the Waldorf Astoria. Alongside these contributions, he has been instrumental in leading the company’s digital transformation efforts and in identifying and developing new business opportunities to support ALEC’s growth.

Severin holds a first-class Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed postgraduate studies in Commercial Real Estate at Cornell University and Financial Accounting at MIT. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, cycling, challenging his assumptions, and spending quality time with his family and close friends. He also tries to play golf.
